Are you a transport loving photographer, heritage buff or a just a bit of a heritage bus enthusiast? Sydney Bus Museum is giving you the chance to ride its heritage bus fleet at night and see the Museum in a different light.

There will be regular vintage double decker bus departures during the evening and food available while at the museum. Step inside the over 100 year-old Leichhardt Tram Sheds and see the Sydney Bus Museum collection under the atmospheric night lights. The Sydney Bus Museum houses an extensive collection of heritage buses from the 1920s to the 1990s.

You will be able to take a ride aboard one of the many historic double deckers from Sydney, London and Hong Kong operating continuously between the CBD (Queen Victoria Building) and the Sydney Bus Museum at Leichhardt.

​Food and refreshments will be available along with musical entertainment and a raft of photographic opportunities.

Bookings are essential.

Where: Sydney Bus Museum, 25 Derbyshire Rd, Leichhardt
Cost: Adult $15, child/concession (4-16) $10
Getting there: Historic double decker buses will depart from Stand D outside the Queen Victoria Building in York Street every 10-15 minutes from 5.00pm. The last bus will depart the Sydney Bus Museum for the QVB at 10.00pm.
Tickets include: Return transfer aboard an historic double-decker bus from Queen Victoria Building to Sydney Bus Museum and return. Access to the Sydney Bus Museum anytime from 5.00pm – 10.00.
