Paying for your ferry trip

It’s important that you choose the correct ticket type or payment method for your trip. There are different options available to you, from Opal cards, Opal single trip tickets to credit cards.

Here are the different ways you can pay for your journey for ferry services that stop at Watsons Bay and Taronga Zoo.

A few tips: there are no refunds for Opal single trip tickets. Fares do vary between operators and payment methods. And lastly, your Opal travel benefits are only available when Opal cards are used on Sydney Ferries.
